Town Council help fund 2012 CCTV costs
Huntingdon Town Council has allocated nearly £45,000 for the town's CCTV network over the coming year. HDC currently funds the entire network but has asked from external contributions next year to cover costs. Some parts of Huntingdon town centre were closed today as protesters from SHAC (Stop Huntingdon Animals Cruelty) march through the town.
