Junk yard at Hartford

I have a lot of pet hates and another one is untidyness.

I use the river a lot, The Great Ouse, and everytime I pass Purvis marina in Hartford I cringe because it looks like a scrap yard.

He apparently rents the land from the council and you would have thought that they would want to see a better outlook than that.

Also I have to pay nearly £300 per year for my river licence and it makes me wonder how much he pays as some of the junk has been sitting there for years.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a cafe there next to the park were everyone could sit by the river.

Any views on this?.
