ZUMBA GOLD® classes are designed to meet the needs of those looking for a low impact or slower paced workout. Perfect for "mature movers", deconditioned exercisers or those just beginning their move towards a healthier and fitter lifestyle. Still with all the ZUMBA® fun and party atmosphere - this is a great class to learn the basic steps, in a fun, friendly and sociable atmosphere.

ZUMBA GOLD® classes use a mixture of different dance styles (no prior dance skill required!) - including salsa, merengue, belly dancing, flamenco, cha cha and tango - using great music, and combined with a fitness workout, it's a way to improve mobility, flexibility, benefit the heart, and burn calories all at the same time. But most importantly ... it's FUN!
