Spooky tales by the master of the English ghost story, MR James, will be the focus of one-man show performed by Robert Lloyd Parry at the Commemoration Hall. Presented by the Nunkie Theatre Company, Huntingdon will see the world premiere of two stories staged to commemorate this year's 150th anniversary of the birth of writer Montague Rhodes James.
In 'Count Magnus' a travel-writer's over-inquisitiveness leads to a breathless, diabolical chase from darkest Sweden to rural Essex. Denmark is the setting for 'Number 13', where a hotel room with the famously unlucky number, conceals a ghastly and baffling secret.
