Stolen MBE Medal Stolen from House in Perry Huntingdon

A sentimental MBE (Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) medal in a blue box has been stolen in a burglary at a house in Perry, Huntingdon.

Police are appealing to the public to let them know if they have seen this item.
Offenders entered the property between 7pm on Friday, November 4 and 1pm on Wednesday, November 9 and stole the MBE along with military service medals while the occupants were on holiday.
The MBE was in a blue box with MBE and MILY engraved on it.
DC Andy MacDonald, investigating said: "We would like to hear from anyone who believes they may have seen the MBE or medals since the burglary took place.
"It is of significant value and it's possible the offenders may try to sell it.
"We would urge anyone with information to come forward."
