Man Assaulted in St Ives

A man suffered a serious injury to his face after being assaulted in a St Ives street on Sunday October 7.

Police are appealing for witnesses
The 26-year-old man from March was attacked in Warren Road, St Ives at about 1am on Sunday. He was treated in hospital and released.
A 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault and released on bail pending further inquiries.
PC Rob Hutchings, who is investigating, said: "This was a serious assault but we are treating it as an isolated incident. I would like to speak to anyone who saw what happened and can help my investigation."
