The Clocks go back Sunday Morning. The clock change at 2am Sunday morning and are put back to 1am meaning we all get an extra hour in bed. Fantastic.

Clocks Go Back on Sunday
It is tradition for the clock to go back on the last Sunday of October when the whole country changes from British Summer time back to Greenwich Mean Time.
As always at this time of year there are calls for the clock changes to be scrapped and for us to stay on British Summer Time but the change will happen for another year.
What do you think and what would be the implications of not changing? I must admit I hate it that it gets so dark so early in the evenings and it would not worry me one bit about the dark mornings. I am sure there are others of you who would agree and probably just as many who disagree. Which camp are you in?

When the clocks go back tonight is may be the for the last time as the Government are looking to support the bid for a three year trial in which we would not switch time back. That would mean lighter evenings but darker mornings. Campaigners for the change argue the changes would reduce energy use, cut roads deaths and boost tourism.
However Prime Minister David Cameroon has said he would not make the changes to our time zones without the backing of the devolved regions and as there is generally strong opposition in Scotland it may be difficult to get agreement.
I wonder what the appetite is in England for changes to our time zone.
Anyone?
